Product scope
We define what's in scope, what's not, and what should be left for a later phase.
PRD & implementation plan
You receive a practical product requirements document and a technical plan that can be used to build the software.
Estimated milestones
The project is broken into logical milestones so progress and scope can be reviewed throughout development.
